Former Navy Commander Admiral Wasantha Karannagoda has arrived at the Criminal Investigations Department to record a statement a short while ago.
Admiral Karannagoda had done so in accordance with a court order that was issued on him in the case involving the abduction of 11 youths in 2008/09.
