Fire erupts at factory in Wattala

A fire erupted at a polythene factory on Hunupitiya Road, Wattala this morning, the Colombo Fire Brigade said. 

Five fire and rescue vehicles were dispatched to the location to douse the fire.

No deaths of injuries have been reported as a result of the fire. The extent of the damage is yet to be determined.
