Shibly Aziz, a well-known and eminent President's Counsel in Sri Lanka and a former Attorney General, passed away this (Monday) morning after a brief illness. He was, until recently, a member of the Constitutional Council and had earlier served as the Chairman of the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka. Funeral arrangements would be notified later, a member of the family said. - ENDS -
