Former Navy Lieutenant Commander, Chandana Prasad Hettiarachchi who was arrested in connection to the abduction and forced disappearance of 11 youths in 2008 was further remanded till September 26 by Fort Magistrate Lanka Jayaratne.
Hettiarachchi was named as the 10th suspect in the case filed over the abduction and disappearance of 11 children, using white vans.
