Free Trade Zone workers today commenced a text message campaign demanding the 2,500 rupee salary increase as proposed in the interim budget.
Leaflets were distributed with Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe’s mobile phone number printed on it and workers were seen sending text messages to the Prime Minister.
