President Gotabaya Rajapaksa will assume office tomorrow (Nov 19) morning, political sources said.
Former Treasury Secretary Dr. P.B. Jayasundera will be appointed as the President's Secretary, sources added.
Meanwhile, Retired Major General Kamal Gunaratne and Central Bank Deputy Governor S.R. Attygalle are tipped to be appointed as Defence Secretary and Treasury Secretary respectively.
