The Department of Government Information in a media release has dismissed rumours of the Parliament being dissolved.
The release noted that certain entities have spread false information stating that the Parliament will be dissolved.
Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa is due to vacate his official residence at Wijerama Mawatha, Colombo this morning, a Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) source said.
