Court also issued fresh summons for President and Prime Minister since the lawyer appearing for the plaintiffs told court that they were out of the country.
Tissa Attanayake has been accused of forging the signatures of President Maithirpala Sirisena and PM Ranil Wickremesinghe in a letter.
