The funeral of veteran musician Ivor Dennis took place last evening amidst a large gathering including artists at Seeduwa. President Maithripala Sirisena was among other ministers, politicians, artists, and public who paid their last respects. Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe in a condolence message said that his demise was a major loss for the field of Music in the country. The veteran musician Ivor Dennis passed away at his residence in Seeduwa on Monday.
