A Srilankan high-speed fiber glass boat was found abandoned at the Maniantheevu Shore, near Vedaranyam in Nagapattinam District, raising suspicion of the Intelligence agencies that some persons might have sneaked clandestinely into Tamil Nadu from the Island nation, today. On a tip off from the local fishermen, the Coastal Security Group of Tamil Nadu Marine Police and “Q” Branch sleuths seized the boat with high horse power engine. (UNI India)
