Former Finance Minister and constitutional lawyer President's Counsel K. N. Choksy passed away at the age of 82, family sources said. He held office in Parliament as Cabinet Minister for Constitutional Affairs and State Affairs in 1993 and thereafter as the Minister of Finance from 2001 to 2004. He was married to Freny. The funeral will be held today at 1 pm.
