Transportation along the Talawakelle-Pundaluoya road has been disrupted following a series of landslides earlier today (Nov 24).
As a result of the landlsides, several rocks have rolled down the hill causing obstructions along the roadway.
The landslides are said to have occured due to heavy rains which were experienced in the area yesterday.
Accordingly, police have instructed drivers to take alternative routes and avoid using the Talawakelle-Pundaluoya road for transportation.
