Lanka concerned over nuclear tests by North Korea

The Sri Lankan government today noted with concern on the reported nuclear test recently conducted by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.

"Sri Lanka joins the international community in urging North Korea to refrain from taking any action that would adversely impact on the peace and stability of the region." a statement from the ministry said.
