Lanka IOC has decided to increase its price of fuel with effect from midnight today (May 11).
The price revision has been done due to the hike in fuel prices in the world market, Lanka IOC said in a press statement.
A litre of Octane 92 petrol has been increased by Rs 3 a litre while Octane 95 petrol (Euro 4) has gone up by Rs 5 a litre.
This is in addition to an increase of Super Diesel by Rs 4. However, adding that the price of Auto Diesel will however remain unchanged.
Accordingly, the latest prices of Lanka IOC fuel are as follows;
Auto Diesel - Rs 113
Super Diesel - Rs 136
Octane 92 Petrol - 135
Octane 95 Petrol - 167
Xtra Mile - Rs 117
Xtra Premium EURO 3 - 141
