The 24-year-old man who was involved in abducting a 15-year-old Japanese girl, bringing her to the country and living together for over seven months has been arrested, Kochchicake police said.
The suspect was arrested in a house in Marawila. Police said the suspect will be produced before courts on Thursday (26) and will be charged for raping a minor.
The 15-year- old Japanese girl is believed to be the only daughter of a business tycoon and the suspect has been working part time at the victim’s house while studying in Japan.
