The management faculty of the Peradeniya University which was closed since last week, will re-open for academic activities next Monday (Jun 29), the university said today.
Accordingly, students at the faculty who are boarded at the university's hostel have been informed to arrive at the university on Sunday.
The faculty had been closed after students had protested against the installation of CCTV cameras within the university. Talks over this matter too had proven futile.
