A March 28th circular issued by the Inland Revenue Department coming under the Ministry of Finance setting out guidelines to implementation on income tax proposals in the 2016 budget, is to be withdrawn, TimesOnline reliably learns. The circular reached most institutions yesterday ahead of the March 31 deadline for tax payments. No reasons were immmediately known for the planned withdrawal of the gazette.
