Minister Ranga Bandara's son arrested
State Minister Ranga Bandara's son Yashodha Bandara whose vehicle skidded off the road and plunged into a house in Chilaw on Wednesday was arrested.
He is alleged to have driven a ministry vehicle under the influence of alcohol and misused state property. The Chairman of the Puttalam Pradeshiya Saba was also passenger in the vehicle at the time of the collision
The injured duo were rushed to the Chillaw Hospital following the incident.
