While the report of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Investigation on Sri Lanka is set to be tabled on Wednesday and then taken up for discussion on September 30, the island nation was not willing to even accept a watered down resolution of the U.S. seeking domestic probe with UN monitoring.
