MP Palitha Range Bandara at a media briefing today revealed details of telephone conversations which came about when he was asked to join the government.
During the conversations, MP Range Bandara was urged to join the government in order to receive a cabinet portfolio. He was also offered a sum of Rs 500 million which he claims he turned down.
The phone calls, according to him were from MP S.B.Dissanayake, an individual by the name of Nalin whom MP Bandara identified as MP Dissanayake's co-ordinating secretary and another individual whom he identified as the co-ordinating secretary of Yoshitha Rajapaksa.
MP Bandara said that he will release two more recordings from "VVIP's" next week
