Naval craft of the North Central Naval Command which were on routine patrol arrested four Indian nationals with 165 kilograms of Cannabis (Kerala Ganja) in the seas north-west of the Thalai-mannar in the early hours, Navy said in a statement. 'A Dhow and fishing gears which were onboard were also taken into naval custody. The arrested items along with the personnel are due to be handed over to the Department of Customs for onward action.' it said.
