Naval personnel attached to Southeastern Naval Command in Panama rescued three fishermen who were onboard fishing boat, “Naleesha Putha 4” on Monday, Navy said. The boat was sinking in the seas off Okanda due to a wreck sustained in the hull.
The damaged fishing boat completely disappeared in water but the rescued fishermen were safely brought ashore and were immediately provided with food, water and first aid by the Navy.
