The Bank of Ceylon, in line with changes made to key government institutions and state corporations with the change of political power, on Tuesday announced its new directors of the board.
The chairman is Neil A. Umagiliya while the rest of the non-executive directors are Ms. Visaka Amarasekera (nominee of the Treasury), Lalith P. Withane, Ms. Madhavie Herath, Isuru Balapatabendi and Harsha Wijayawardhana. - ENDS -
