New Navy Commander calls on President

Vice Admiral Piyal de Silva, who was appointed as the Navy Commander yesterday called on President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat today (Jan 03).

Commander Silva had called on the President and exhanged tokens as a traditional gesture of assuming office.
