Vice Admiral Ravindra C. Wijegunaratne who assumed duties as the 20th Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy called on President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat yesterday, president Secretariat said.
Vice Admiral Wijegunaratne met the President to formally inform the President of his assumption of duties as the Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy. The Commander also presented a memento to the President on this occasion.
