Objections have been levelled against the proposed draft act from all segments of society while main political parties too have expressed disagreement in this regard, the Opposition Leader's office said in a press release.
Accordingly, Mr. Rajapaksa had requested a special committee to be appointed in order to conduct a study into the CTA.
The request to the Premier was put forward today (May 08), the Opposition Leader's office noted.
