Pakistan Naval Frigate “Zulfiquar” arrived yesterday at Trincomalee port on a goodwill visit for three days days, the Navy said.
It is 123 meters in length and has got a complement of 303 personnel.The ship was ceremonially welcomed by the Sri Lanka Navy in accordance with naval traditions on her arrival.
The ship’s Commanding Officer Captain Amir Mahmood called on the Commander Eastern Naval Area, Rear Admiral Rohana Perera at the Eastern Naval Command Headquarters. They held cordial discussions and exchanged mementos as a gesture of goodwill.
