Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe is to visist Japan from April 10 to 16 where he will be meeting his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister office said.
The Japanese government announced that they are looking forward to the visit which they believe will serve to further strengthen the friendly relations between Japan and Sri Lanka.
The Premier will be accompanied by Prof. Maithree Wickremesinghe, Minister of Special Assignments Dr. Sarath Amunugama, Minister of Development Strategies and International Trade Malik Samarawickreme, MP Prof Ashu Marasinghe, Secretary to the Prime Minister Saman Ekanayake, Additional Secretary to the Prime Minister Saman Athaudahetti, and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Miss Sandra Perera.
