Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has expressed his condolences over last Sunday's storm in Nepal which claimed nearly 30 lives and left hundreds injured.
In a message to K.P. Sharma Oli, the Prime Minister of Nepal, Mr. Wickremesinghe said the Sri Lankan community shares the grief of the Nepalese people at this time of distress.
"Our thoughts, at this difficult time, are with the families of those who lost their lives, those who were injured and with those who have suffered damages to homes and property," Prime Minister Wickremesinghe said in his message.
