Political parties and presidential candidates are to meet with Election Commission (EC) officials today (Oct 2).
An EC official said that presidential candidates who have either made their cash deposits, or are expected to do so, would attend the meeting.
EC Chairman Mahinda Deshapriya will chair the meeting, the official added.
Matters concerning election laws, and the handing over of nominations, are expected to be taken up for discussion.
