President at Parliament today
President Maithripala Sirisena arrived at the Parliament today to participate in the ongoing budget debate on third reading.
Expenditure Heads of the Ministries of Agriculture, Plantation, Mahaweli Development and Environment, Irrigation and Water Resources Management are being taken into the debate today. Most of the departments come under the purview of Presidential Secretariat.
