President opens Kandy Municipal Council
The new stadium of Kandy Municipal Council, built at a cost of Rs. 220mn was declared open by President Maithripala Sirisena yesterday Dec 3
According to ht egovernment news portal the stadium provides facilities for badminton, table tennis, netball, volleyball and seating facilities for 2000 audience as well as facilities for seminars and ceremonies. Gymnasium and hostel facilities for athletes are also included in this stadium.
