A proposal has been handed over to Speaker Karu Jayasuriya today (February 1), seeking Parliamentary permission to form a national government while also seeking to increase the number of Cabinet Ministers.
Leader of the House Minister Lakshman Kiriella said the proposal was handed over to the Speaker this morning.
