Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa will address several election rallies and meetings in Galle District throughout today local media reported. Meanwhile, UNP leader Ranil Wickremesinghe will address several rallies in Kurunegala this afternoon. Rajapaksa will began campaigning with a rally in Galle city hall in the morning, he is scheduled to speak at meetings in Ratgama, Yakkalamulla Junction in Galle, Wanduramba Junction in Baddegama and in Akmeemana. The final meeting will be in Habaraduwa this evening at 6pm. UNP leader Ranil Wickremesinghe is scheduled to address gatherings in the Kurunegala District this afternoon. He is expected to be at Katugampola at 2pm, Panduwasnuwara at 3pm and Galgamuwa at 4pm.
