Road closures in Borella from tonight - Police
Sri Nigrodharama Mawatha in Borella will be closed for traffic during the following time periods due to the laying of water pipes, police said today (Jun 14).
- 10 pm today (June 14) until 5 am on June 17
- 10 pm on June 21 until 5 am on June 24
- 10 pm on June 28 until 5 am on June 30
Accordingly, the public is advised to use Leslie Ranagala Mawatha and Jayawardena Gardens as alternative routes.
Meanwhile, Siridhamma Mawatha, and the road from Ananda Rajakaruna Mawatha junction until J.D. Fernando Mawatha will also be closed for the same reasons during the below given time frames.
- 10 pm today (June 14) until 5 am on June 17
- 10 pm on June 21 until 5 am on June 24
The public is advised to use J.D Fernando Mawatha, Baseline Road, and Ketawalamulla road as alternative routes.
