Members of the public who arrived in Nawalapitiya town to leave for work after curfew was lifted this morning (28) faced difficulties owing to a severe shortage of buses.
Inconvenienced commuters included those from essential services. Not a single bus was available on many routes while many were inconvenienced owing to lack of buses on the Nawalapitiya-Thalawakale road.
Though curfew was lifted, the number of persons coming to considerably less today.
