The St Sebastian's Church in Katuwapitiya will re-open on July 21, three months following attacks by terrorist bombers, Rev Anthony Jayakody, Auxiliary Bishop of Colombo said yesterday (Jul 17).
Accordingly, a special mass for the repose of the souls would be held on the day of the re-opening, on behalf of the victims who had been killed or injured in the attacks on Easter Sunday.
The Auxiliary Bishop made these remarks while addressing a news conference at the Colombo Archbishop's House yesterday.
