A suspect who was arrested with Parliament passes, a Parliament map, and two live bullets in Balangoda has been further remanded by the Balangoda Magistrates's court until May 23.
The suspect was arrested on April 25 after a suspicious vehicle registered in the Eastern Province had been discovered during a search operation carried out at his residence in Balangoda.
Police have identified the suspect as Nasardeen Nislam, a resident of Balangoda.
