Two suspects involved in stabbing incident in Talawita arrested by Police
Two suspects involved in a stabbing incident in Talawita area were arrested by Police yesterday (October 31).
Police personnel from the Western Province south crimes division were investigating into an incident which took place on October 1, where a person had been attacked and killed with a sharp weapon in the Talawita area.
The suspects in custody are residents of Galnewa and aged 24 and 27 years and will be produced before the Avisawella magistrate’s court today (01 November). The Western Province south crimes division is continuing further investigations.
