A woman who allegedly walked naked through several areas of Maharagama town has been arrested by police. The 40-year-old suspect, said to be a resident of Pitigala, had been seen reportedly walking naked through some parts of Mahargama, including near the National Cancer Institute.
She was eventually arrested by a team of officers which included several Woman Police Constables.
The suspect is due to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
