Prem Thakkar, an Indian national who owns the Galle franchise in the ongoing Lanka T10 Super League, was arrested and produced to the Colombo Chief Magistrate Court by Sri Lanka’s sports police today (12) following allegations of match-fixing.
Thakur was arrested on Thursday (12) for match-fixing following a complaint by an overseas player of his team Galle Marvels, who had rejected his request to fix a match.
