S. Thomas' College beat Prince Alfred College by 3 wickets of Adelaide in a Chappell Brothers Challenge Trophy 50-over match played in Adelaide on Monday (10).
Electing to bat first Prince Alfred College were bowled out for 179 runs with five deliveries remaining in their innings.
S. Barnett top scored with 81 and M. Thile hit 51 while Shannon Fernando captured four scalps.
The Thomians comfortably chased the target losing seven wickets and with 65 deliveries to spare after knocks from Kalana Perera, Dulith Gunaratne, Dellon Peiris and Shalin de Mel helped the visitors.
