Sri Lankan shuttlers Buwaneka Goonathilleke and Niluka Karunaratne won their Men's Singles Round of 64 match at the Commonwealth Games 2018 today (10).
Goonathilleke beat Murad Ali of Pakistan 2-0 with set scores of 21-16 and 21-19 while Karunaratne defeated Christopher Eynon 2-0 with set scores of 21-8 and 21-7.
Goonathilleke will play take on Emmanuel Donkor of Ghana and Karunaratne is set to meet Liam Fong of Fiji in the Round of 32 on Wednesday (11).
