The second of the fourth installment in Sri Lanka Super Series will be held at the Pannala Superdrome this Saturday (30) and Sunday (31).
The event, organised by the Sri Lanka Association of Racing Drivers and Riders (SLARDR) and Asian Motor Racing Club (AMRC), includes 10 car and 10 motorbike events.
The first leg of the SL Super Series, the Cavalry Supercross was held at the Pangolla track in Kurunegala with Ushan Perera and Ishan Dassanayaka winning the main titles in Cars and Bikes respectively.
The series will continue with the Commando Challenge in Kuda Oya in October before ending up with the final leg in November at Pannala.

A Sri Lanka Air Force Bell 212 helicopter belonging to the No. 72 squadron has crashed into the Madhuru Oya reservoir this morning, Air FOrce Media Spokesman Eranda Geeganage said.
Update: Five of the twelve passengers on board the bell 212 aircraft that crashed into the Maduru Oya today, have succumbed to their injuries, the SLAF said.
