The 23rd Inter-International Schools Swimming Championship, organised by Asian International School with the blessings of The International Schools’ of Sri Lanka (TISSL), will take place this weekend (November 4 and 5) at the Sugathadasa Swimming Complex in Colombo.
Over 850 swimmers from 19 International Schools are expected to vie for honours under five age categories -- Under-10, Under-12, Under-14, Under-16 and Under-20 and the Qualified Timing Standard will be introduced at the meet this year.
Through the Qualifying Timing Standard, all swimmers who reach the set standard timing will be entitled for a certificate.
Winners of each event are set to receive medals and certificates.
The two-day event is sponsored by Neslte Lanka’s Milo.
