Tennis: Ananda, HFC, Maliyadeva boys' and girls' emerge champs
Ananda College, Holy Family Convent Bambalapitiya and Maliyadeva Boys' and Girls' School Kurunegala teams emerge champions at the Ritzbury All-Island Inter-Schools Kids Play Tennis Tournament played at the SLTA tennis courts in Greenpath, Colombo on Saturday (2).
Ananda overcame St. Peter’s Negombo 3/2 in Orange B division while Holy Family Convent got the better of Maliyadeva Girls’ School 3/1 in the Orange B division.
Maliyadeva Boys’ School and Maliyadeva Girls’ School came out victorious against Visakha Vidyalaya 3/0 and Ananda 3/1 in the Red Ball C division.
