St. Sebastian's College Moratuwa beat Thurstan College by 141 runs to win the All-Island Schools Under-17 Division I Cricket Championship in the final played at the Moors ground on Friday (2).
Batting first St. Sebastian's posted 262-5 in 50 overs with Nuwavindu Fernando top scoring 138 and bowled out Thurstan for 121 with 46 deliveries to spare.
St. Sebastian’s beat Trinity, St. Aloysius and Ananda in the final round.
