Wesley College survived a fierce late rally from S. Thomas’ College before recording a thrilling 26-24 win in their Singer Inter-Schools Under-19 League Rugby Tournament match played at Mt. Lavinia on Saturday (30).
Wesley led the Thomians 13-7 at halftime and dominated in the second half before being threatened by the hosts later on.
Wesley scored from three tries, a conversion and three penalties.
The Thomians scored from four tries and two conversions.
