The Chairman of the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) Janaka Ratnayake said that the proposed tariff by the cabinet was based on wrong facts and figures. He added that even though the cabinet makes a decision next week, they would reject it according to the provisions of the commission.
