Second batch of students participated in the academic writing workshop.

BMS, UK education specialist introduced a unique pre-departure preparation programme for their students commencing studies at UK Universities in September 2009.

With a decade of experience in supporting students to study in UK with Degree pathways in Business, Computing, Engineering, Science, Law, Quantity Surveying and Architecture, BMS has just provided a three day workshop on Academic Writing and Referencing for all the students.

The workshop equipped students with key skills in critical analysis, Harvard Referencing, researching essays and selecting sources.

The students were also provided with referencing guides and taught what constitutes plagiarism. The workshop was conducted by an experienced resource person and the students commended the support provided by BMS.

BMS Academic Registrar, Mr. Sarath Kumara said, "Academic honesty is the key area in which we train our students prior to taking up their learning journey to the UK University. We take pride in announcing that we will be able to provide Degree pathway in any area of study with affordable option. "
